This was a really nice stay on vacation. We had a double superior room where an iron with ironing board and a radiator were available. The staff was efficient & excellent co-operating. The restaurant was good for breakfasts.

All the staff was competent and best and we had an early check in. Its location was particularly good, right across the street from a train stop. Also, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from an enclosed cobblestone square.

Great and perfect location in a historic area right by the De Broukere metro stop right outside the entrance. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior double room, plus an iron and ironing board, and a radiator. What an excellent staff.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really nice stay on vacation. The food was outstanding with a lot of alternatives. The room was both newly decorated and lovely romantic with the double sized bathroom, old carpet etc, for example.

We were in a great and absolutely perfect location at a short distance from Musical Instruments Museum. The historic area was good for rest.

The breakfast offered was generous and rich with cheeses, the prices in the lovely Cafe Metropole plus scrambled egg, couldn't have asked for more. The hotel's location was very central, next to De Brouckere metro station.

By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Brussels, had much fun and met very attentive staff in an almost passive-aggressive manner. The breakfast with bacon and fresh pancakes, as example was generous and rich, had so much to choose from. The place was grand old and good standard, no complains at all, would be happy to recommend.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from an enclosed cobblestone square was great. I booked newly remodelled, lovely romantic room with the bedroom, air con, as for instance.

The room was newly decorated & large like on photos. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a chronologically organized art museum. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

Place was fairly clean, everything was very good. The room we had was tidy with a king size bed. Location: the hotel was next to Brussels, the center and activities, restaurants and transportation. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Delightful place with kind staff, everything was well-maintained. The hotel was in the middle of Brussels. We really enjoyed the proximity to supermarkets and shops in Brussels. The outdoor restaurant was GREAT and offered appetising meals.

Pleasant old-fashioned place, it has incredible and peaceful location close to Brussels, the restaurants and the center. Exceptional and superfriendly staff as one would expect. Make sure to get superior queen room with freestanding bath, wonderful big bathroom, as for instance. Offers good service and local food. Btw parking is possible nearby. The main bar makes the warm drinks. Totally recommended for rest.

Planned to see Brussels major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them.

It has a marvellous location very close to the Brussels train station, the centre and the De Broukere metro stop.

The unit we got was cheap and incredible with tea/coffee, ice, good sized bathroom. The venue was in a very central location near the Brussels train station as well as the Cafe.

The rooms were tidy and the location was top to the Restaurant to Maintenance.

Would stay here again and enjoy a just perfect stay. The rooms are neat and the staff are efficient. Moreover, there is a parking nearby. The main bar is traditional.

I had airy, unique room with fabulous bathroom, a balcony, as for instance. The staff were competent and pleasant, helped with any issues.

It was a perfect hotel in the center of the city. We loved the natural lighting in our room. They serve breakfast for EUR 28 per person per day.

We greatly enjoyed hotel's beautiful reception area. Reception staff are the nicest people. Had nice dainties at Grimbergen Cafe, located minutes from the venue. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

The stuff was helpful in all our needs, pleasant team. Best hotel experience. A subway station was located in front of the property. Short way from attractions, including horta museum.
