The hotel was clean with a good restaurant. Functional and big size room available with an open toilet, a shower where the doors would n't close completely, for example.

We had a good 2 nights stay. The staff were very pleasant, overall.

It was decent place for travelling to Brussels, I was glad to stay there. The room was really great value and cheap, comfortable beds. There was a clean. Location: the hotel was not far from Gare du nord train station, non-tourist part of town and the shopping street. I checked out a modern shopping mall, that was set within easy walking distance of the property.

The location in a shopping area was particularly good and decent and there were supermarkets and a shopping street nearby.

Marvellous and decent location, the rooms were warm. All the employees were very polite and pretty friendly.

Ideal place with amazingly nice staff and free wi-fi. Wi-Fi and a TV available in the single room. Particularly good and decent location for our needs, near to the train station Gare du Nord, and shopping centres and Brussels Nord train station. Also, near center of the city. Good overall experience.

My 1 night in Brussels were fine. Booked a room with wc and shower. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

Pretty bad staff!

The twin room is cheap with a quaint slanted ceiling with a window and bathroom. The location of the venue is great and perfect, short walk to airport, European Commission and North Train Station and shopping centres and Brussels Nord train station.

Had good sleep at the king room with wc and shower. The location in a central area was comfortable and decent.

The room was cheap with an exceptionally comfortable bed and in the sofa. The hotel had a perfect position, to the entire Belgian rail network.

Modernized place, clean, great value. Cheap and extremely spacious units in the sofa and pleasant staff. Marvellous location for our visit to an enclosed cobblestone square a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Appreciated quiet area. 20 km to the airport. Fine stay, as always.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Queen room was reasonably large and fantastic with bath. An iron, a satellite TV, and a study table were provided.

The hotel was located really close to the bus stop and main train station, main train station and a shopping street. The staff was very pleasant plus the location was decent. It also was directly across from the Brussels Botonical gardens. I enjoyed spending time here.

Planned to see Brussels major attractions and it was brilliant base for visiting all of them. Good restaurant in hotel. We liked our stay.
