Overall clean accommodation, incredibly attentive and friendly efficient staff who understand what is customer service. Well-kept and well furnished room with a half bath. Bountiful start of the day with bread, cereals, muffins, pastries, and cheese.

The staff is elegant, the breakfast sensational, the location is brilliant near all the restaurants, the coffee shop and shopping options. Absolutely great and delightful room, yet the views are dreadful. Separate bathroom is quite good.

Fairly quiet units with hotel's inner walls, window facing property's inner walls, lovely bathroom. Marvellous very central location, really close to the historic & bustling main square yet quiet inside, and the atmospheric pubs and the many gourmet restaurants suggested by the concierge instead.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large, views are excellent, the location is marvellous near to a major tourist area. Overall the room is neat, new-fashioned and includes an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar.

The location was marvellous, and we could reach Tintin by walking. Thoroughly enjoyed the calm area just next door to Avenue Louise, the town center, and Brussels for a day.

The venue was nicely appointed, I loved the stay and the location was incredible just next door to the main attraction of the Grand palace as well as Brussels and the Amigo after nearly two years. The breakfast included bread, cereals, muffins, pastries, and cheese. The service was very good, I had 4 wonderful nights here.

Had special stay for three nights at the end of October. The staff were eager to help with any issue. Loved well-appointed and nicely decorated room, bed was comfy. The view was wonderful.

We got a classic double room which was relaxing. The hotel had a very central setting to all the shops in the old town. Further, it was very close to the Brussels metro system, Brussels with real, and the `` Grand Place ''. Every time in Brussels, I choose this place. Everything is really good, I loved it. The location is unbeatable, not too far from a sturdy 19th - century palace. It's in a very good building in the very nice area.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Brussels, had much fun and met knowledgeable and hospitable staff who took the call when I made the request though. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was stunning and brilliant, close to Albert I. And I were adjacent to Bruxelles and Brussels.
