It was clean and the staff were understanding and courteous, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was quiet and had a nice bathroom. The location was great and excellent, at a short distance from Home Frit' Home.

The location was practical, right by the Bruxelles Midi train station, and Charleroi. It also was easy to get to town centre. All the facilities were good.

Place was clean, everything was good. Liked the room with a kitchen, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very central location was a plus. I was surprised at nearby Fab Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. The friendly service and the attention to detail!

Everything there were perfect, including clean facilities. Enjoyed the way our standard twin room was arranged. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedroom was large.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Got apartment as expected, really enjoyed it. The location was peaceful, 20 km to Zaventem airport, perfectly reachable.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Everything there was fine. Tidy rooms provided with bedroom, sofa set, as example. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location in the Midi area, in the very friendly area. Variety of food options at a walking distance from the venue. My favourite property in Brussels.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy. The location was practical, close to Theatre le Fou Rire. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Hotel was situated not far from tourist destinations like grand place. Rooms and property are very clean.
