I got well-appointed and nicely decorated room with easy to operate safe. The location was incredible - just off the train station and Taxi. Besides, the property was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

Pastries and fruit available for breakfast. Central location very close to metro.

Relaxing place, hot breakfast, newly decorated rooms. Amazing friendly, attentive personal at the reception desk. Breakfast with cheeses, meat plus drinks to choose.

Pastries and fruit served for breakfast were good. Its location was easy, right by main attractions on foot, and all the restaurants streets and pubs.

The property was quirky with extremely patient staff at reception desk, I loved the stay. The breakfast was good hot with an outstanding Coffee machine, meats cheeses, salad and frequently replenished. In overall the room was well decorated and well-equipped and on upper floors. This hotel was set in a central area very close to St Catherine's Cathedral, and la bourse.

The breakfast with pastries and hard boiled eggs, as example is nice hot and free for what is offered.

Recently refurbished, functional room with a separate bathroom and a shower and a hairdryer.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The room was a decent size, recently renovated and all in all reasonably priced. It had a comfy bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a shower and a hair dryer. Everything was fantastic, though a few employees were not very friendly. The view was great, the service was good.

In overall, the place is relaxing, has competent and genuinely helpful staff at reception desk. The rooms are a nice size and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds, `` okay '' bed, as for instance. The hotel serves pastries and fruit for breakfast.

The rooms are spotless and practical, the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Every time in Brussels, I choose this place. The food is different with a wide array of options, including pastries and fruit. The location is amazing - walking distance to the train station.

The staff were fairly friendly lot of the time. Really enjoyed the twin room with a balcony, and particularly good location very near to the centre of Brussels.

The stay here was very good for one night. The double room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. It had easy location really close to shops, cafes and beer places as well as the main attractions.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, extremely patient staff with kind and with great service. Excellent location in Brussels Centre district next to many restaurants / bars, Brussels for, and major tourist attractions. Also, to grocery store.

I stayed in an a nice size room with a mini bar, climate control, and a kettle. The hotel's position was decent and easy close to restaurants and bars.

Very very good stay, we were there for 1 day. Beautifully restored venue, incredible location just off the top landmarks, shopping and restaurants, bars and restaurants and city centre and Grand Place, liked our stay.

The venue is exceptionally clean, with handy and decent location right by all shops, transpo and attractions, lovely restaurants/ bars and many good restaurants. Overall the room is air conditioned, brand-new and includes a mini bar, climate control, and a kettle. The decoration is modern.

No reason to complain, the hotel met requests. Well, it was a good stay for one night. The breakfast was plentiful, had a good choice of food like pastries and fruit. The staff was very attentive and efficient, always there to help. The location was excellent and amazing for exploring this very pleasant area, just off a lovely square and the train station and most tourist spots.

Its rooms are well decorated and well-equipped with tons of storage space, a balcony, bathroom for a really good stay.

Extremely comfy bed in the twin room, plus an air conditioner, a flat-screen TV, and effective Wi-Fi. Particularly good and magnificent setting and bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

Loved how beautifully restored the property was and its friendly bilingual staff at the reception desk. It was in a central location, close enough to walk to all the main sights. And we were close enough to close enough for sightseeing and main square, museums, endless restaurants and shops.

Possibly the best and really nice stay for a business trip. The pretty friendly and superfriendly staff and their attitude. Reasonably large rooms with a refrigerator and bedroom plus tons of storage space and good hot breakfast. Couple of bars and restaurants nearby.

Accommodation was relaxing and immaculately clean, rooms were well-appointed. The location was amazing, walking distance to the train station, so it was really easy to travel around. In general the service was good.

It was as expected, had a fine stay for one night. We truly enjoyed the central location and how impeccably clean the place was kept. We booked a king room, it was recently refurbished and decent size.

Overall clean place and superfriendly staff, loved particularly good and magnificent location. We had plentiful, warm breakfast with fresh fruit, drinks to choose and cheese. Staying here for one night was really really nice, totally recommendable.

The place was fairly clean and little, it had welcoming and amazingly great staff at the reception desk. The room was spotless, practical and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The airport was 20 km away.

We had a nice size and well-equipped room that was not cleaned properly with replacement coffee etx and available with tea/coffee, a confortable bed, for instance.

The hotel of choice in Brussels. The property is clean; newly remodelled rooms; comfortable bed. A safe box, a mini bar and central heating in the room, handy and decent location. Excellent facilities there. Superfriendly, efficient staff towards all guests. Easy check-in, parking in the property. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The venue was pleasant, I loved the stay and the location was MAGNIFICENT so close to Brussels and the centre. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast except for the coffee.
