Very nicely furnished rooms with very good facilities.

The rooms are silent and neat, have well equipped bathroom. The location is particularly good and perfect, and here's the cherry on top - in front of a tram station.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with a balcony. It is nice looking and the design is modern.

Overall had really great stay for holidays. I truly enjoyed the soft bed and the queen room. I had an air conditioner and a kettle in it.

The location was great, in the Brussels Centre district and nearby a tube station. The staff was courteous, exceptional, and everything was good. The breakfast was incredibly nice with eat or drink and bacon, as for instance, and the restaurant was pleasant.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other medium priced hotels. The staff were incredibly nice and very pleasant, thanks to them everything was perfect. The room was modern and provided with good heating, great design plus the sofa.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was modern and newly remodelled. Double bed was so exceptionally comfortable, and the room was comfortable. Liked view of city and incredibly nice and very pleasant staff with good service and really helpful staff.

Everything was perfect, accommodating staff, magnificent location so close to the centre, the central train station and Brussels City Tours and Brussel-Central railway station. The morning breakfast was reasonably good and marvellous with pastry, scrambled eggs and hot self-made waffles.

The location is amazing and nearby an underground station. Their breakfast option with pastry, eat or drink and great croissants is particularly nice, put others we have been to shame!

The room is reasonably priced. The location is central, close enough to Congress Column, Botanical Garden of Brussels and about a 10-15 minute walk to Brussels Central and Place Royale as well as the tram stations. The hotel has hospitable staff.

Had an excellent stay for 2 nights, glad I've chosen it. The rooms were new-fashioned, recently refurbished and with a balcony. The location was great, for example, an underground station was nearby the venue. Furthermore, the area was pretty quiet.

The hotel was in the very central setting to the Christmas Markets. Besides, we were very close to a business district where all the nearby restaurants close at 6pm, many restaurants and all main tourist attractions at a walkable distance. We asked for double room and it was neat and luxurious with very comfortable bed. The restaurant was good and the staff were attentive. They had an early check-in.

There was a train station not far away. In general, the hotel was very clean. We totally recommend it to those visiting Brussels. We loved the location.

One could dine at restaurants such as brian joyeux patissier 10 minutes away. Decent value for money, I would love to go back...
