It was a stylish place, had excellent and amicable staff at the reception desk. The bedroom was new-fashioned and cheap. The bathroom was clean, included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Appreciated being near a subway station.

Very very good breakfast for all tastes with freshly prepared eggs. Very pleasant building, incredibly comfortable location next to messy downtown area, and the bus stop.

Overall it was cheap and big size, with a private bathroom.

Everything is great here, had a VERY RELAXING stay for a business trip. The premium room is new-fashioned and has a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. The hotel's staff are really friendly. The breakfast is satisfactory with freshly prepared eggs, has everything you need. The location is great and absolutely perfect, the check in is efficient. It's set in a trendy area.

The hotel has particularly good location near to centre of Brussels, close to Place Brugmann, and city center. We greatly enjoyed to spend 7 days in standard king room.

The food was fresh - plenty of options. The unit we got was cheap with a kettle, toiletries, as example.

The breakfast was good with freshly prepared eggs, perfect to start our day. Really enjoyed the way our airy standard queen room with a great bed was. The location was good and unbeatable there, in a quiet residential area. We had early meal in Nando's Manchester, based nearby.

It has good location in Brussels as it's not far from in a nice, an Art-Deco museum, and many pubs. The staff is courteous, fabulously friendly.

The location was residential, next to the trams and buses, Grand Place, and centre. Besides, it was situated just 1 km away from D'ieteren Gallery.

My stay here was really really nice. I liked staying in this well-appointed and good value hotel based in an Italian building. The location was perfectly comfortable and absolutely perfect in the very nice area. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. Think that this stunningly beautiful hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The venue is clean, with great and quiet location very close to a lovely cafe and supermarkets, a tram stop into centre of brussels and the main tourist area.

Every visit to Brussels we like to stay here. Well-appointed and good value hotel that has very friendly staff at the reception desk. It has a perfectly comfortable and absolutely perfect location close to the airport, restaurants and messy downtown area.

The rooms were cheap and big size with large windows overlooking trees, terrace, for example as described. The hotel's position was marvellous, near restaurants nearby, centre of Brussels, and tram.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were condescending.

The location was marvellous, not far from city center and Forest National, in a very nice area. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from a chronologically organized art museum. We were upgraded to premium twin room with spacious terraces on check in.

Have spent here 1 night and our standard queen room was airy. With the help of the attentive and informative staff, we had a very relaxing stay. The location was peaceful, not too far from Gevangenis Van Vorst.

Thank you for a relaxing stay. I would say its convenient base for staying and exploring Brussels. The stuff are courteous and respectful and deserve a 4-star rating. A good bar does the trick.

I had standard queen room which was relaxing, exceptionally comfortable bed. Having a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus. The hotel took care of the perfect service.

The setting was really poor.

Perfect base for a weekend in Brussels! If you do n't want to go far from the hotel, try Chez Franz, which is 300 ft away. Property was in a perfect location. We greatly enjoyed catalonia brussels.
