The queen room is fashionable, we also greatly enjoyed beautiful views. The location is good in a shopping area, close enough to the airport. Again, an innovative gallery is just around the corner.

Pleasant place with particularly nice views of inner courtyard. Great and brilliant location in the middle of town. Again, walking distance to Broadley Street Gardens. Very well-connected with a train station walk from the hotel.

So close to the train station, the location was stunning and exceptional, right in the center. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

The location was unbeatable, right in the galleries with easy access to boutiques and a supermarket. Our rooms were absolutely fabulous with direct view to the galeries.

Quiet hotel walk from a train station. Excellent food, comfortable quiet and beautifully designed room with the tea, Shampoo, for instance. Amiable, extremely accommodating people working here. Tasty breakfast - 4 star level. In a central location with restaurants and cafés walk from the property. 20 km from Zaventem airport.

Cramped bathroom, a little outdated room.

This pleasant and fantastic hotel had a central setting to walk in X direction to find the taxi. The breakfast was tasty with fresh products and fresh fruit, for example, loved what was offered.

The bathroom I had was cramped.

Unique and sophisticated hotel with excellant wi-fi. Good and beautiful location in Brussels, just off the centre of restaurants/attractions, which is filled with boutique shops, and a beautiful gallery. Lots of food at the EXCELLENT and satisfactory breakfast.

Everything was modern, the parking was nearby, the room was very nicely furnished and well laid out. We ate at a good restaurant at the ground floor of the building. An air conditioner and a kettle turned out to be good.

Well laid out and great modern units with AC, the patio and a balcony, and superfriendly staff.

Super-friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Location - brilliant short walk to tourist attractions, a shopping mall, city center, and historical sights in Brussels and a beautiful gallery. Besides, excellent for visiting an enclosed cobblestone square. Great to have an in-house restaurant at the ground floor of the building. Early check-in, parking nearby. Simple check-out.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable.

We had a tasty and generous breakfast with made to order coffee and fresh products, as for instance, could find something for everyone.

The staff were unapologetic, didn't expect that coming.

The place was clean, I booked the queen room with city views, everything was modern. Very helpful staff made my stay a real good experience. The in-house restaurant offered healthy dishes, and the breakfast was savoury and generous. The location was good and stunning for walking around an enclosed cobblestone square.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to historic 1847 Galeries mall. The room was elegant & immaculate, with the brussels roofs view. Very tasty breakfast and the staff was very good.

I could get twin room with a city view, really enjoyed that.

The place is charming small and clean, it offers excellent breakfast and incredible location next to the georgious galeries. The employees are excellent and efficient. Would like to stay here on the next trip for a weekend.

Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay on vacation. The units are comfortable quiet and well-designed with window to the gallerie. The staff are super friendly and deserve a 4-star rating.

Amazing, gorgeous location in Brussels Centre district just off right in the centre of restaurants / attractions and the Central train station and the first stops for both the red and blue lines of the hop-on hop-off Tootbus. Excellent, amicable staff with smiling face.

They gave us perfect king room with window to the gallerie.

The in-house restaurant which was worth spending dinner there was the best part...

It had very central location close to Museum of the City of Brussels.

You could leave a car nearby. And we were close enough to Gare du Midi which takes 1 hour, the Grand Place and cafes.

Location just next door to central Brussels, the Grand Place and the train station. Welcoming staff with good manners.

Had a perfect and immaculate room with with AC, great bed, for instance for my comfort.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unapologetic.

it has courteous staff members at all times. the breakfast is tasty with fresh products, has everything you need.

Very central location was a plus. Besides, the area was tourist, next to an ornate shopping center.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.
