Pretty standard and silent place with consistently courteous staff from check-in to after check-out. Incredible location for visiting pubs and restaurants. Plenty of amazing food for meals.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the flower carpet, Grand Place, the Palais de Bruxelles and many restaurants and the metro stations. The room was good-sized and complete with mini bar, a second 2 twin bedroom, as for instance.

The setting was poor.

This was an absolutely amazing stay for a business trip. The staff was amazingly nice and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean equipped with terrace and washer/dryer plus bathroom. Had a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and kitchenware at our disposal.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was fancy with a particularly nice view. I could use a kitchenette area and a sofa set. The hotel was in the central setting in the European district. I tried some drinks at brew pub Brasserie Tennessee, located 5 minutes walk away.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay for a business trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a chronologically organized art museum. You could walk to a central market and shops.

All in all everything was good, had a very nice stay for a business trip. All the staff were amazingly nice, accommodating. The breakfast was reasonably priced for what concern its amount, truly enjoyed it.
