We booked a double room with very comfortable bed and enjoyed it.

Views were not very nice.

The breakfast was rich with healthy options and nice fresh smoothies, as for instance for the continental breakfast.

Came here for weekend, had nice 2 days overall. I loved the breakfast: toast and pastries were all local.

The venue is clean and big, views are panoramic, the location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice next to the city center, and train, metro, tram and bus stations. The staff is friendly efficient and caring, they ensure you have a very very good time here. The lobby bar is fantastic, appreciated this place.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a fantastic experience. Adequate and comfortable units with a double bedroom, comfy beds plus a balcony, and the staff were amazing! Loved the in-house restaurant for a nice lunch or snack.

The weather was very warm, had very nice stay for 2 nights on Mon 8 and Tue 9 July 2019. The bedroom was functional and newly decorated. Very well mannered and highly courteous staff; was willing to help. The location in a residential area was particularly good and absolutely perfect. Luckily it was close to Black Sheep Coffee, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The breakfast served was extensive and above average with waffles and ham/cheese, as for instance.

The venue is enchanting, it offers amazing breakfast and has awesome location so close to Mont Des Arts, the Royal Palace, and the nearby museums, the "park " metro station, and a great located, walking distance to major attractions, Cathedral, EU end, and parks. All the staff members are good.

A luxurious property, fairly clean, perfect and exceptionally nice location in common areas until exactly 3 PM when they release all the rooms. Above average breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh pastries, as for instance, outstandingly helpful employees. Simple check-in, generally very good service.

It seems like everything was fantastic for us, recommend it. The location is perfect - close to the central station. In-house restaurant is particularly good for proper local cuisine.

The room was functional and compact, it felt like at home. The location was unbeatable easy to reach by public transport. And it was also really close to a 7 minute from the central station, and convenient store.

The venue is exceptional, clean and the location is absolutely perfect right by Brussels Central railway station as well as a great located, walking distance to major attractions, Cathedral, EU end, and parks. The room was soundproof & functional, in a nice atmosphere. It was in the centre of Brussels with Palace of the Nation nearby. This hotel was in a residential area.

Very well mannered staff, good services, and incredible location close to Grand Place, Central and North train station, a beautiful church and all the main areas. The restaurant here was fantastic for proper local cuisine, we both ordered amazing dishes. The hotel was located good for us, very close to the train station. Plus it was in a safe area.

For our weekend the location was perfect and incredible, close to the main centre.

Had delightful stay for a short business trip and the weather was really warm. The good and approachable staff was willing to help all the time. The rooms were adequate with a cosy design, plus the bathroom was beautiful. The bar area was good, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Particularly good location very near the central plaza and easy access to a shopping mall and the Christmas market. Had double room with ample space and modern bathrooms plus basic toiletries.

Location: the hotel was so close to all Brussels -- central attractions and main train station. There were toast and pastries for breakfast.

The rooms where recently refurbished and budget here with a nice bathroom, a bed called " queen size " plus a great shower. The service was VERY GOOD with an easy check-in.

The rooms were neat and silent and we could park nearby. The location was unbeatable and decent, within walking distance of The Container. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

I went on a weekend and everything here was excellent. I got a neat room with functional bathroom. Its location at a moderate distance from a comic-book museum was top and decent. Moreover, the area was good.

this hotel was fabulous base for exploring brussels, liked it. the room was big, everything was very clean. only 10 min walk to downtown.
