Really kind staff and amazing location really in the city centre, everything was excellent. My standard room was neat and huge with view. The food was well presented, drinks were cold.

Reasonably priced place, had a very nice stay for one night. The staff was polite and exceptional all that time. The location was great and fantastic as it was easy walk to the train station.

Comfortable and attractive hotel located in a market area really close to the Centrale train station as well as railway and metro. Tidy units with view and courteous staff. Fast check-in and excellent service.

We appreciated fully-equipped room with a view and attentive staff. The location was excellent, within a close distance from National Football Museum.

All in all everything was really good, had a very good stay during our road trip. We asked for standard room and it was brand-new with a view of the tower of the grand place.

Ideal, fairly clean venue with marvellous and lovely location just off close to train station, many important landmarks and the Brussels Central station, and centre of old town, quite a lively place. Satisfactory breakfasts for all tastes. Perfect service overall and parking nearby.

My standard queen room was high standard. It had excellent facilities in the bathroom: a bath and a shower.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the very very nice area. The location is unbeatable, 20 km from the airport. And it's not too far away from downtown.

Well presented meals with cool drinks. Located in the centre of the city. Also, to everything you can think of. Great choice for weekend.

Spent 3 nights here with my baby, had a really good stay overall. The location was incredible and comfortable, the stuff was responsive. The central station was next to the hotel. The breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice and hot dishes and high value, so much to pick from.

This appealing and wonderful hotel tempted us with gorgeous views. The staff were understanding, the breakfast was NICE with a good choice of food. The accommodation had a very central location very near Central Train Station. We had an excellent stay and would love to return!

I had a good stay at this great value hotel. The standard queen room was reasonably priced. There was a luxury bathroom with a tub and shower facilities. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Brussels.

Had central location in the Chocolate store. Moreover, it's near to the local restaurants, the train station and the Grand Place and the square outside until 1 -2 am.

the employees were very efficient. the location was comfortable and top, for example, sablon was relatively close to the hotel. a well-appointed and good value property which was next to the central station.

The jewel in the crown was nice staff. Location: the hotel was next to the many cafés. For short-orders there was De Pistolei, we found it close by.

The breakfast was satisfactory, reasonably priced and with quality products. We were in a marvellous location just a short walk away from Rue Neuve. And the area was downtown, next to museums and park, the many cafés in the neighbourhood, and restaurants and night life and shopping.

Superior queen room with balcony, had essentials required. It was new-fashioned and had things we needed. Amazing service, though a few employees were unprofessional.

There was a not that comfortable bed.

Greatly enjoyed Brussels, the hotel was well-appointed and excellent value to the Grand Place. Very efficient and extremely helpful staff, they had a shuttle to the airport. Comforts of very good sized standard twin room with view were fabulous. The service was very good with parking nearby. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Comfortable beds in our standard room. Efficient people working here, satisfactory breakfast. Early check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention fast wifi! Central location, not too far from Sablon. Walking distance to supermarkets and souvenir shops across the street😃

Enjoyed it. The location was brilliant, relatively close to The River. Furthermore, the area was fairly nice. Everything was good as expected, though the bathroom was very cold. The staff were courteous and the services were excellent.

Fairly clean small hotel with welcoming staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and absolutely gorgeous views. Marvellous and brilliant location, not too far from The River. Well presented and different food, friendly service. What an excellent stay, no complaint.

The location was stunning and awesome, close to a railway station. In the evening we visited Le faucon it was nearby.

The setting was quite incredible within easy reach of Rue des Bouchers Street.

Flexible and attentive staff as one would expect. It has marvellous location for visiting an enclosed cobblestone square. The airport is 20 km away.
