The staff was exceptionally nice and great to deal with.

The location for Brussels was particularly good and perfect, just off two metro stations, Rogier and De Brouckere, the city centre and the train station and the metro, train station and shopping street. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The location was excellent - really close to the metro, train station and shopping street, the main tourist area and main railway station. The room was beautifully decorated and complete with open window, tea, for example.

The location was particularly good, within a close distance from a market square. The room was budget, well heated with lovely bathroom.

Planned to see Brussels major attractions and it was super base for visiting all of them.

Its location not very far from a market square was nice and ideal. Loved that we were walk from a train station, it was great for exploring Brussels.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty and the parking was nearby. The rooms were well heated, large, came with tea, good view plus tea making facilities. The hotel location was incredible in next door's restaurant.

It is a beautifully designed and perfect property located in Brussels Centre district just next door to metro system, the city centre and the North Station and the Christmas markets and attractions. This hotel has good location in next door's restaurant.

I booked budget, well heated room with good view, a confortable bed, as example. The offered breakfast was savoury and included lots of options. The staff from start to finish were extremely friendly. It was in a good and unbeatable location, close to a tube station...

My stay was real good for a business trip. Its staff was attentive and very amiable. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a central square was at a medium distance from the hotel. A shopping centre and a market were right next door.
