Very small bathroom, far too hot room.

A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in my apartment were a very thoughtful addition. The location was brilliant and super, near a club, a city center and the tourist area. Brussels Centre district was worth staying in.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Its location just a short stroll away from Royal Liver Building was amazing. Also, the area was wonderful.

This lovely central hotel offers a wide range of functional and huge rooms. It is nestled in the heart of the town, a short walk from Mathew Street.

The property's location was particularly good, near center of town. Plus, it was just next door to Bruxelles and very good bars.

The property is modern and the staff is amazingly nice. The rooms are warm, functional, and come with thick blackout curtains and a kitchen. The location is particularly good and marvellous, 20 km from the airport. The hotel has got a great restaurant.

The room was incredibly comfortable and warm with bench bed when upgraded. The most important was the staff - welcoming and accommodating people. The location was awesome, at a short distance from Egmont Palace. I really enjoyed that the property was close to a tube station.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, had a very nice stay. I truly enjoyed being there.

Fairly large & fairly clean hotel, its location is great and awesome so close to private restaurant, and all the nice shops, restaurants and the square. The staff are nice and the room is amazingly comfortable and warm with tv.

The property was in the centre of the city...

Pity, but the beds were awful.

Location - incredible, really close to cafes, very nice restaurants and Grand Place, Brussels Centraal Station. Big size and functional units with tv.

I came here for 2 nights and had a very nice stay. The venue was modern, I liked the stay and the location was fantastic just next door to restaurants and Grand place. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a sofa bed, central heating and a coffee/tea maker. All of the staff was ever so helpful and attentive to guests;)))

Thanks guys for the service! Modern, fairly clean place, worth its 3 stars. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the location is absolutely perfect and nice on top of a thai restaurant. The bets part that its next to two bars as well as Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. Brussels is good for holiday, Central underground station is nearby.

Modern accommodation with incredible setting just off the historical centre, and central brussel. Incredibly nice, outstandingly accommodating staff towards all guests.

It is a comfortable property located in Brussels Centre district right by Pub and night club, and the center of the centre, which is ideal for a city break.

Fairly clean and the stuff was gentle. Overall it was huge with bench bed. Our stay was a PERFECT experience.

Booked an apartment with tv. Everything was excellent and the staff were welcoming and exceptionally nice.

The room was large. Nothing bothered me, we will choose the place for future trips if in Brussels.

Chez Leon, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. A vacation base for exploring Brussels...
