An electronic key card, a flat screen TV, and a study table inside the deluxe king room where handy. Everything was perfect, including gorgeous breakfast with many options. The location to the main atractions in the city was particularly good and excellent.

Everything was perfectly fine, including genuinely helpful and proactive stuff with a member of their staff. It was in a central location, near center.

The place was overall clean and staff was especially helpful. The restaurant was wonderful, exceptional service, great food. It had central location close to Saint Saviour Pimlico. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

Completely renovated superior king room, comfy beds. Fairly clean bathroom, pleasant employees from my reservation to the check out. Fabulous food, marvellous and decent location very close to the metro.

The standard king room we were given had a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. It was modern, with a reasonably clean bathroom.

The units are neat in good condition.

Everything was perfect, we had great 1 day here. We had standard double room with comfortable bed. The hotel was located in a great and stunning place, minutes away from a train station. Furthermore, the area was very nice.

The location was great and decent there, close to city center. Also, we visited Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Overall it was extremely pleasant and well-appointed, with a private bathroom.

Liked satisfactory breakfast and had a very nice stay overall for one night. The location couldn't be more marvellous to the town centre which was good. Plus, it was not far from the votanic garden, restaurants/attractions and the Brussels Nord train station.

Everything is fine here, had a very very good stay for a business trip. Wonderful restaurant, fab food, people working here are very professional. I must comment on its central location - it was convenient.

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Brussels, had much fun and met amazingly nice and accommodating staff from my reservation to the check out. Had good sleep at the standard double room with queen size bed and attached bathroom plus tea kettle. The location was stunning, just a short stroll away from a modern shopping mall. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel.

Deluxe queen room I stayed at was functional with nice pastries. Perfect and comfortable location right next to a supermarket, met expectation.

The stay here was very very good in my next Brussels visit. I had fab food for breakfast with many options.

Beautifully decorated and truly exceptional place, proactive staff with a member of their staff. Magnificent and wonderful location in Brussels and minute walk from a subway station. Situated only 1 km from Rue Neuve.

Ideal place, it was reasonably clean and had pleasant staff from my reservation. The location was UNBEATABLE, relatively near a comic-book museum. And I were near several take-away shops, a grocery store and a minute walk from the tram stop.

This was a really really nice stay for a business trip. Our standard king room was equipped with modern bathroom, double bed, a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed being minutes away from the train station.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Brussels, really close to public transport and walking distance to city center and the most popular tourist attractions.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay for one night. We stayed in a deluxe queen room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with a wide array of food.

All of the staff was very professional and absolutely courteous. This hotel was located in a central area close to a Carrefour Express shop and the transportation. Sint-Joost-ten-Node district was worth visiting.

Shame the bathroom was smelly.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was modern. We truly enjoyed superior double room with ac. This location was excellent and perfect, close to public transport, the Grand Palace, and the city center.

The location in a safe area was amazing and beautiful and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with Turkish dishes. It was functional, new-fashioned and in double bed.

The food provided was great! The location was quiet and best possible, within walking distance of a book museum.

All in all, attractive and competitive value for money. Fabulous base for 2 nights in Brussels, deluxe hotel. Really enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's at a near distance from the venue. Everything that you need, such as a minibar, TV with satellite channels and central heating, in a hotel room was there.

the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent. liked the spacious bathroom. just a 15-minute stroll to the center. we dined out at le chambord, set very close to the hotel.

Great connection to grand place, it’ s 1 mile away. Do n't forget to explore Brussel neighborhood...
