This brand-new hotel is equal to 3 stars. The staff is incredibly nice. The units are new-fashioned, spotless with a kichenette. The location is particularly good and easy, near a park.

I had a really nice stay at this hip new hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, my every need was addressed. It was nicely furnished, huge and with a bed. The location in a calm area was particularly good and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping mall and supermarkets nearby. Besides, Parmentier Park was 4 km away from the property.

This hotel was located in a remote area close enough to a mini shopping center, and universities. We had the double room which was spotlessly clean and brand-new with a kichenette. Throughout the day staff were very supportive.

Central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room, convenient location. A view of garden from my window. Location near to a mini shopping center and a metro station. For shots visit Traminot, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

our single room was huge and well furnished, had courtyard view. there was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. the staff was extremely friendly, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.
