Generally, the place was luxurious and had well-mannered and knowledgeable staff from the top manager. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect because it was not far from good restaurants and the city centre's highlights. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away. The room was good-sized, included hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

Well, the views were not so great here.

It was a fantastic place, had accommodating staff from the top manager. The breakfast we ordered was absolutely superb and amazing with sweets, different specialties plus various offers.

The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is extensive with sweets and different specialties. The setting is amazing and incredible, just off major attractions in Brussels, airport and the Boulevard de Waterloo. Don't forget to explore Chatelain district.

The room was airy and generous-sized, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and glassware. The cigar bar was a plus. I had a really nice time here and will come back.

Think that this high-class and ideal hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The staff is competent, the breakfast savoury, the location is fantastic very close to main shopping area and plenty of restaurants as well as central Bruxelles. The rooms are standard sized and airy, the bar is comfortable. Our beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The location is good, 2 km from a market square. The staff are amazingly kind and friendly. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with the view of the city.

Stayed in deluxe queen room which was perfect for me. Enjoyed that it was great-sized. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible for me as it was adjacent to the Boulevard de Waterloo.

Delicious and enormous breakfasts with different specialties. Location short walk to English pubs, let alone 4 star hotels. Again, walking distance to Law Courts of Brussels.

We were given a deluxe room with slippers, 2 double beds which was comfortable, for instance. Besides, the location was excellent for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Musical Instruments Museum.

The location was decent, not too far from You. This hotel was in a shopping area just next door to Brussels, and tourist attractions. The service was VERY GOOD, including an easy check-in.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. The reason we loved it was superb staff and facilities. There was a good bed and a large bathroom. Stopped by Il Monello to get some coffee and treats, it's really close to the venue, recommend.
