The location is best possible and really handy, it is minutes from a main station.

We found out good prices in the hotel. Really enjoyed our tidy rooms, plus the staff was superbly friendly. Very central location really close to tourist attractions, the center of the city, and the historic centre of Brussels, it was in a very nice area.

As for me, the location was unbeatable and nice, just off the Brussel central station and Grand-Place as well as main square in downtown. Also, stayed near many attractions within 10 mins on foot from Cunard Building. I had a good time.

Elevator was missed.

Nice building, good and stunning location just off train station and grote markt, many restaurants and shopping mall. A safe box and an air conditioner in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The stuff was exceptionally nice and the place was clean. I really enjoyed the room, it was neat and cheap and complete with cramped Toilets, toiletries, as example.

The staff are caring and the room is fully-equipped and beautifully maintained with private bathroom. The location minutes from a main station is perfect and best possible. It is in a very very nice area.

Our rooms were well renovated and functional with adjustable electric heater and comfortable beds plus the kitchen of a restaurant. The personnel was superfriendly and affable. The location was marvellous, near attractions and restaurants and main metro stations.

Sadly, there was no lift.

Meals in the hotel were brilliant. We had a comfortable bedroom. The location was very central, so close to both central station.

Had queen room with cramped Toilets, adjustable electric heater, for instance. Great spot very close to grand place and brussels central station, the gallery in a very lively square, and other attractions like Manneken Pis, St Michael Cathedral and St Gudula.

The room was functional and well renovated, had safe for the safety. Location: the hotel was short walk to the historic centre of Brussels, Brussels on business since 2010, and the grand palace in the middle of all fun. Plus, it was good for exploring a central square.

Booked a room with a view.

I booked well renovated and huge room with private bathroom and enough towels plus toiletries. This pretty standard and comfortable hotel had very central setting right at the city Centre.

Honestly no complaints. Well priced place to stay while in Brussels. Comfortable room, fairly clean bathroom. Good facilities there. Competent, service-oriented people working here.

Got neat room with a nice view and toiletries plus adjustable electric heater - always come in handy. It had marvellous location, near to a restaurant as well as Centrale and Grand Place. I was surprised at nearby Le Pain Quotidien, they had some goodies, drinks.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

Everything was very good! The room was well-equipped and large with a double bed. It was in a great and stunning location, right next to a subway station. The main bar was a plus.

Miserable staff!

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was functional with private bathroom.

Had 1 day in Brussels, spending our time here lovely. The room was fully-equipped and neat with a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The beds were comfortable, like a cloud. The staff was COMPETENT, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests.

There were restaurants and bars just next door to the venue. Also, it had parking nearby. We truly enjoyed this place.
