The venue is functional, clean and the location is particularly good really close to elegant avenue. The staff are excellent and amazingly friendly people at check-out. The units are functional and good sized with a single bed instead of a double.

This hotel was extremely convenient and I would like to stay there on the next trip. There were splendid breakfasts with bacon and fresh fruit, for example and the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent. The bedroom was great-sized and nicely furnished.

My large room included extremely comfy bed, all the usual facilities and a safe box. The venue's position was central.

The breakfast was good, large with including several fresh juices and fruits and cheese. We thoroughly enjoyed marvellous and pleasant location very close to the center, hotel was functional.

The food was fantastic, the rooms were new-fashioned and neat. Central location just off the tram also runs right through, the ‘ Grand Place' downtown, and a popular shopping area with fancy shops/brands, it was in a very nice area. The hotel met the needs, I would have extended the stay.

Excellent and handy location, on a top shopping location in the center of Brussels. Also - close enough to metro or taxi at a reasonable price, shops, bars and resturant's and several shops. Large and delicious breakfast with croissant and bacon, as example - well worth the money.

In overall, the place is functional, has excellent staff at check-out. Make sure you stay in the classic king room with good facilities.

The restaurant was particularly good with nice bar, I tried hot dishes. The location was good and absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from Egmont Palace.

It is a quaint property located in Chatelain district close to the avenue, Grand Place and palce and also the EU buildings-SUPER and restaurants and shopping. The staff are excellent and amiable and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is great and pleasant, as the hotel is based in a nice neighborhood.

The restaurant was pretty good with nice bar here, I had amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfy and I had a separate bathroom. The location was perfect and pleasant, you can visit a night club by walking.

Everything was nice during 6 days, loved its incredible location adjacent to the center of Brussels. The staff was efficient at all levels. The Irish bar was good and the drinks were soft. We spent just perfect time and didn't feel like leaving: )

I had a really really nice experience and would stay here again. I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Everything was fantastic, nonetheless a few employees were average. Dinner and breakfast food was amazing.

The location is unbeatable and pleasant, 2 km from a history museum. Btw, it's set in the safe area. The beds are very comfy to sleep on.

We got room with a separate shower. Plus, it has private parking on-site. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Kanodou that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Set not far from royal palace of brussels. We stayed in an suite, a few steps away from Horta subway stop, just 20 minutes on foot. Buffet breakfast and exceptional prices...

Ma folle de soeur, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. Friendly stuff always on hand.
